Our Transparent Policies

Terms of service:


All animals are sold as unsexed unless otherwise specified. We can often offer a guess, but nothing is guaranteed. We offer a live arrival guarantee.

We need to be notified within 4 hours of arrival of any issues. Refunds, credits, or exchanges can all be arranged. 

​

Our LAG does not cover packages held/delayed/lost while in transit.

 

Payment is accepted through PayPal, credit/debit through PayPal, Facebook pay, and postal money orders. 

​

All deposits are non refundable but are transferable.

​

Payment plans are usually available with a 25% non refundable deposit.

​

No animals will be held without a deposit.


Trades are a possibility on occasion.


We ship only overnight, in styrofoam line reptile shipping boxes, with heat/ice packs when need be at no extra charge.

​

Shipping is done through our ship your reptiles.com account via FedEx Priority Overnight express.

​

We charge exact shipping.

​

We do combine shipping on multiple animals.

Shipping is done Tuesdays of each week. We ship only one day per week during the summer because we prioritize the safety of our animals above all else. In central Arizona temperatures are exceedingly high during the summer months, so we drive two hours north of our home so that your new reptile is shipped from an airport with lower temps. Shipping from home would mean the packages travel through the Phoenix airport which simply isn’t safe during the summer heat.

Animals are only shipped when daytime temps at both the departure and arrival locations are lower than 95f and higher than 40f.

​

New Caledonian Gecko shipments will only leave when temps are lower than 82f at both locations, and the hub. No exceptions. The health and well being of the animals we provide is far more important to us than moving an animal out quickly.
